2:1 Sirah:Moscatell from 23 year old organically farmed vines in Santa Margalida, Mallorca. 18 day carbonic, foot crushed then pressed into inox. 10.5% Alc. 750ml - no sulfur - diam3 closure.
PILLOW TALK 2020
100% organically farmed Sirah from Santa Margalida. Foot crushed and left in the press while I ate lunch. Inox, no sulfur. Bottled in 1L with a crown cap. Drink V cold, on a beach.
GIGGLE WATER 2021
100% organically farmed Prensal Blanc from Porreres. 10% whole bunch (destemmed on top) fermented on skins in plastic for 11 days. Pressed and raised in inox. No fining, no filtering. 4mg/l SO2 before bottling. Bottled in 750ml clear burgundy bottles. Diam 5 closure.

MOLT BO 2021
A blend of Mantonegro, Escursac, Callet & Callet Negrella. Fermented in plastic and raised in inoix and 500L used Puncheon. No fining, no filtering, no sulfur. bottles in 750ml clear burgundy bottles with Diam 5 closure.

90% organically farmed Mantonegro from Porreres, 10% organically farmed Sirah from Santa Margalida. Sirah whole bunch with destemmed Mantonegro on top fermented in plastic for 5 days then pressed in a wooden basket press. Raised in inox. No fining, no filtering. Bottled in 1L with a crown cap.
UN POC DE TOT 2021
Poc de Tot - “ a bit of everything”. This wine is a collaboration with Cati RIbot. The wine changes every year depending what happens during vintage! This year is a low alc (10%) easy drinking light red - to be drunk cold. 750ml clear burgundy bottles, DIAM 5 closure.
