2:1 sirah Moscatell. Organic vineyard in Consell from 5-8 year old vineyards. 19 days carbonic fermentation, foot crushed then pressed into inox. 11.5% Alc 750ml - small sulfur addition before bottling. No fining. No filtering. Diam 5 Closure.

MOLT BO 2022

100% Mantonegro from Sineu. 10% whole bunch. 90% destemmed. Fermented in plastic. 12 days on skins with daily gentle punch downs. Raised in inox and 500L old puncheon. Pressed in manual wooden basket press. Raised in inox. 11.5% Alc 1500ml - small sulfur addition before bottling. No fining. No filtering. Diam 5 Closure.

PILLOW TALK 2022

100% Mantonegro from Santa Margalida. 10% whole bunch at bottom of fermenter. Destemmed on top. 5 days skin contact and start of fermentation. Pressed in manual wooden basket press. Raised in inox. 11.5% Alc 1500ml - small sulfur addition before bottling. No fining. No filtering. Diam 5 Closure.
